My love, I have found you at last!!!

After weeks and weeks of scouring the internet for a make up train case, I have finally found and bought a cheap and durable one from Manila City Plaza in Quiapo, all thanks to the three make up artists/bloggers who graciously posted it on their blogs! Hurray to you all!

Well, hoe and behold . . . my baby!

[I dont know how this is gonna look like in the end voz im using only my phone for this blog post]

What do you think? Isn't she a beauty? Hahaha, this one only cost P1,200. It already has four trays on each side, which makes it eight in total, a big bottom compartment and a lock on top. Although I did not get the color I want (pink) , Im still happy with this one. Coz when I went to malls to look for a train case, the ones like this cost P3,000+ . So, I still got a real nice bargain. :)

I cant tell you how happy I am. Ive been dreaming about this for months, and now I have it! Biggest YAY!!! Thank you so much to my Mom who sponsored this train case. Haha, I love you Mommy! <3

Christmas Nail Art #2: Presents

Happy holidays everyone! Here is a perfect nail art to celebrate this festive season!

Presents nail art design
You can also use different colors for this as your base, like red, green or gold. And you can also apply it all over your nails instead of only half like I did. It depends on you. Just have fun doing it!

I hope you like it and thanks for visiting my blog!

See you again soon!

Nail Art Design: Retro Pattern

Hello, hello! Below is the nail art I did about a month ago, sadly i cannot make a step-by-step video tutorial 'cause I merely took a shot of the finished design. But I'm gonna list the steps I did in great detail. :) I hope that's enough.

Oops, sorry about the little black mess on my thumb. haha :)

Well, here we go:

  1. Always start with a base coat to protect your nails from staining.
  2. Once your base coat is dry, apply two coats of red regular polish all over your nails. Wait for about 2 to 3 minutes before applying the second coat.
  3. Take a white stripper polish or a stripper brush and white nail polish. Use that to draw a thin white line in the middle of your nail.
  4. Next, take a black stripper then draw a thin black line on either side of the white line. Make sure that the spaces between the lines are equal.
  5. With your dotting tool or toothpick make a white dot in the middle of the white line you draw earlier. Dot two more above and below the dot in the middle, make sure they have equal spaces.
  6. Get your dotting tool again, dip it in black polish and do the same step with the black lines on either side but this time, do not align them with the white dot. Put the black dot in line with the spaces of the white dots. That way you'll create a window effect.
  7. Now take a slightly smaller dotting tool, dip it in black polish then dot it over the WHITE dots.
  8. Then do the same with the black dots using a white polish over the black dots. In short, ALTERNATE the two colors.
  9. Leave it alone for a few minutes and once its ALMOST dry, seal it with your top coat to protect your design and this way, it will create a beautiful shine over your nails.
  10. And you're DONE! :)

Easy, right? All you'll need is a steady hand.
I hope that helped, and thanks for visiting my blog! :o)

How to get everyday clear, smooth and flawless skin

Tired of retouching your makeup every hour because of uneven skin tone, visible lines and skin breakouts? Well, I have a solution. This is MY everyday routine. Of course this depends from person to person, if you have your own preferences then that's okay. lol

First is facial wash, of course.
And i use:                              and with that I use:

Clean and Clear Deep Action Cleanser and a face brush. I really like this facial wash 'cause it really cleans your face  and you can see the significant reduction of blackheads/whiteheads when you wash your face and you just came  home from school. And that is saying something considering I'm studying along Recto which means I'm exposed to a lot of dirty air everyday. And the face brush helps you get all those dirt from your pores, this is also for exfoliating in case you have dead skin. I dont use this everyday 'cause there's the risk of it harming your face. This is available at any drugstore. I bought mine from Landmark Trinoma for Php25.00

After facial wash I use:
Celeteque Oil Control toner
I find that this really helps even my skin tone and close any visible pores. Some people skip this procedure 'cause they deem it unnecessary but for me, the extra benefit is always a good thing. I choose the oil control co I tend to get really oily specially when its very humid. And this is alcohol-free. That's a must. You have to get into the habit of reading the ingredients of the products before buying them.

Next is moisturizer and I personally love the Celeteque Dermoscience Sun Care Matte Moisturizer

When it comes to moisturizers, this is really one of the best, and its not pricey too. I think its Php150.00 for the medium sized. And this one's with SPF30 so you're sure to be protected from the harsh rays of the sun.
Moisturizer really is the secret to a flawless-looking skin. It also minimizes breakouts. This is a product you HAVE TO have on your daily toiletries. This i a MUST-HAVE!
I apply this on my face and my neck as well.

Why the neck too?
You know those loose skins your Grandma has under her chin? Well that's because she didn't take care of it when she was younger. That's why we must combat those ugly skin nightmares while we're still young.

Next, you might be surprised about this but THIS product is my ultimate secret.

TADAH! Chin Chun Su. I've been using this since I was in first year highshool. And I very seldom got a pimple since, only 3-5 times a year. Yes, A YEAR!
I dont know why people criticize this product so much considering the results it gave me. They say its the smell and the white, vampire-like color it gives  your face when you apply it. But that only happens when you put tons of it on your face.
I only apply a very thin layer, just enough that it covers my face and neck.

The problem with this product is it doesn't give the same result to everyone else. It's what we call "hiyangan". If you get rashes and tons of pimples on your face, or maybe it gets itchy, then it means this product is not for you. Lucky for me, this product is compatible with my skin, and to think I only spend Php20.00 for this a month. Haha :o)

Now,when you use makeup, a primer is a must for you. What do primers do?
Primers preps your skin before putting any make up. It smooths out any visible lumps, closes your pores, reduces oiliness of the skin (for girls with oily skin, there are different formulas anyway)  and most importantly, it lets your make up stay on for the whole day. You need this specially when its hot and you cant help but get sweaty. You dont want to go around looking like a melted ice cream, do you?
For primer I recommend:

Etude House Dr. Oil Solution Primer

This next one is a little pricey, about Php800.00 from Etude House again.

The Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream. BB or Blemish Balm. This product started in Korea and spread out through Asia. I dont use this very often, only when my hormones are acting out like during my PMS and menstruation period, but if you have damaged skin and has lots of blemishes on your face then you have to have this.

The number of benefits you can get from this product is just amazing.
-It regenerates skin for a healthy and natural, "no-make-up"look
-Conceals any pigmentation, discoloration and other blemishes.
-Has healing properties that soften, smoothen and refines skin
-Creates UV protection
-Anti-wrinkle and skin-lightening benefits
-Sheer finish for a light-weight feel on the skin.
-Stays on all day so no need for reapplication

You only need a teenie tiny bit amount of this product on the five strategic points on your face: 1) nose; 2and3) both cheeks; 4) chin and 5) forehead. Then blend it out.

After all that,I just pop on my concealer and brush my face with a loose or pressed powder to set all that up, and.......we're done!
I repeat the routine at night before I sleep, only WITHOUT the toner, the primer ('cause that's only when you're about to put on make up) and the BB Cream.

I know it kinda freaks you out that that's a HUGE amount of products but if you want to have great skin, it's an investment you'll never ever regret.
And you have to remember that skin care is like a relationship: IT NEEDS COMMITMENT.  What does that mean, you ask? It means you have to do that similar procedure DAY and NIGHT,SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. Never skip. For example, you are so tired from school or work and all you want to do is drop on your bed and go straight to sleep. I guarantee, you are going to wake up and regret it!

And always remember,
"Ignorance with skin care is not an excuse to go around looking like an old hag!"                       ~Ash Luzadio

So...... I hope this helped and see you again on my next post! I send virtual hugs to everyone! Bye!
